AlphaGo and the Future of Computer Games: A Conversation at the University of Alberta, Version 1.0

This is a really interesting interview. The university of Alberta is a renowned center of AI research and has been doing great work for many years. In the video they discuss the #alphago wins and advances as well as some of the DeepMind team who also worked at Alberta. Fascinating.

My dissertation on AI in poker at UEA (https://www.uea.ac.uk/computing) was partly built using the Poki framework, which was built by Alberta (http://poker.cs.ualberta.ca/). My program used Artificial Neural Networks (a simpler precursor to the Deep Neural Networks used by AlphaGo) to learn how to play poker.

Its a hugely exciting time for AI.
