The site acts as a social network and content management system (CRM) with advanced reporting for the administrators.

Users of the system can contact one another, upload media files and become related to events. As well as development Arena Quebec also wanted training for their staff on the system and SQL reporting as well as ongoing technical support.

acmConsulting was contracted onto this project by Raw Nerve LTD as the technical implementation behind their design expertises.

The system was created using cakePHP to allow for a more rapid development, one of the key element of this site was its reporting tools, some of which were hard coded into the system. Training was provided to allow administrators to generate complex reports which can then be exported to excel.

The content management system (CMS) allows the administrators to create news items, edit pages as well as events. The events system is fully featured and integrates with the user management and profiles, as well as a calender to give an at a glance view of whats going on this month.

Arena Quebec have an ongoing development and support plan and we look forward to working with them with version 2.0 over the next year.
